Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of Salon Ads Studio (the "Service"): the website at salonadsstudio.com and the application at app.salonadsstudio.com, through which we build and manage Google Ads campaigns and Google Business Profile listings for hair salons, barbershops and chair renters.

The Service is operated by The SaaS Ads Studio Limited (Company No. 16972448), a private limited company registered in England ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The service, plainly

  • We correct your Google Business Profile, build a landing page if you need one, build and run one Google Ads search campaign split by your services, maintain negative keyword lists, and review the account weekly.
  • Your ad spend goes directly to Google on your own billing. It is separate from our fee, we never take a slice of it, and we never exceed the budget limit you set.
  • We take no commission on bookings. Our fee is a fixed monthly amount by ad-spend band.
  • Advertising results are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Search volumes, costs per click and enquiry rates vary by area and season.

3. Account registration

To use the application you must create an account and connect your own Google account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you connect.

4. Subscription and payment

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the band matching your monthly ad spend.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel at any time in the application or by emailing hello@salonadsstudio.com. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • On cancellation you keep your Google Ads account, everything built in it, your corrected listing, and your landing page.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable; no partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Account data is retained for 3 months after cancellation to allow reactivation, then may be permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to advertise services you are not authorised or licensed to provide, to misrepresent your business, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide (services, prices, hours, contact details).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your advertising complies with the law and Google's policies for your services.
  • You remain responsible for your Google account and its billing arrangement with Google.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code and branding, is owned by The SaaS Ads Studio Limited. Campaigns, keyword lists and listings created in your own Google account are yours. Landing pages we write for you may be used by you for your business for as long as you like, including after cancellation.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on Google Ads, Google Business Profile and Stripe. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policy changes or actions (including ad disapprovals or account suspensions by Google), and accept no liability for loss arising from them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee any particular level of calls, enquiries or bookings.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business.
  • Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Ad spend paid to Google is not a fee paid to us.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time (clause 5). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
